York’s premier theatre has undergone a major refurb and re-opens in spring 2016, with a new auditorium and front-of-house space. Programming ranges from drama and orchestral music to the famous annual Christmas pantomine. The theatre also has an adjacent Studio, which holds regular drama workshops plus stand-up comedy, poetry nights and the like.
