It's competition time!
We're excited to announce our latest competition, in partnership with Foxtail Lodge, a luxurious woodland lodge retreat with a hot tub in the heart of Thetford Forest. Straddling the Norfolk-Suffolk borders, the romantic getaway offers a golden opportunity to get up close to nature, without forgoing modern comforts.
The lucky winner will receive a three-night break for two people, plus a bottle of fizz to pop during their stay.
The stylish, open-plan property brings together a kitchen, dining area, sitting room and bedroom with an en-suite into a cosy, self-contained space – your very own hotel-suite-cum-cabin-in-the-woods, complete with hooting owls at night and forest strolls right on your doorstep. Aside from checking out local walks and wildlife spotting, it's worth knowing Thetford Forest is home to various outdoor activities – at the nearby High Lodge centre, you can rent bikes and indulge in a bit of adventure golf or archery. There are a selection of pubs and restaurants in Brandon and Thetford, and the North Norfolk Coast makes for a great day trip, with Burnham Market, Brancaster Beach and the famous Royal West Norfolk Golf Club around an hour away.
