We're excited to announce our latest competition, in partnership with Magic Time, a sleek yacht berthed at Port Hamble Marina near Southampton. She’s a supremely comfortable 47-foot Hanse 470, complete with double guest cabins, a well-equipped galley kitchen, and a spacious saloon with two-metre headroom throughout and plenty of windows.
The lucky winner will enjoy a two-day, one-night skippered and hosted sailing break on Magic Time for up to four people in The Solent, with experienced seafarers Caroline and Ben at the helm. Suitable for all experience levels, it's up to you whether you kick back and relax, or join the crew in hoisting, navigating, steering and trimming the sails. Either way, it's a great chance to spend time with friends, and perfect for a family with older children looking for an aquatic adventure.

Magic Time's T&Cs:
- This experience is available on selected week and weekend days from the end of May 2025 until the end of August 2025, and from the end of May 2026 until the end of August 2026. Date restrictions may apply. We recommend the winner books at least three weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prize to be claimed/booked no later than three weeks prior to the date of the winner's stay (the expiry date of the prize is July 2026, with the trip to be taken before the end of August 2026).
- The break will take place in The Solent, with departure from/return to Hamble-le-Rice, Hampshire, and it includes:
- Exclusive skippered and hosted use of the yacht
- Breakfast, a light lunch and refreshments
- Lifejackets and safety equipment
- Travel to and from the boat (based in Hamble-le-rice, Hampshire) is not included. Pay and display parking is available in the marina.
- Extras such as dinner, use of paddleboards, use of a tender, and outboard and wet weather gear are available at an additional cost.
- Minimum guest age: 8 years.
- Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is advised that people with a chest size over 144cm may struggle to fit into the lifejackets provided.
- Sadly, we are not able to accommodate pets.
- Access to the yacht is wheelchair-friendly, but the experience may not be suitable for wheelchair users. We want to be as inclusive as possible, so if you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us for further information on whether we can make this experience suitable for you.
- Sailing is a fully weather-dependent activity, and the great British weather is not always on our side. Whilst we hope for good weather on the date of your booking, if the forecast is suggesting heavy rain, we will contact the winner to offer the option of re-booking for a brighter day. We would never risk taking customers sailing on a day when the weather forecast is unsafe for sailing, so you should always be prepared for the chance that your experience may be cancelled by us. If we need to reschedule your booking, we will simply contact you to re-book for another day.
- Further details about the break will be shared with the winner once announced. Any additional requirements (such as allergies and dietary requirements) will be taken at the time of booking.
