The Majestic Line

The Majestic Line is the ideal way to explore Scotland’s famously rugged, wild and utterly beguiling west coast. Their two brilliantly converted fishing boats, the Glen Massan and the Glen Tarsan, both only sleep 11 guests so personal service and a relaxed vibe is ensured. The base at Oban provides a staging post for forays amongst both the Inner Hebrides and the Outer Hebrides, whilst both comfortable vessels can also be hired for exclusive use. The crew are engagingly friendly with bridge visits positively encouraged, while the local wildlife is also keen to get in on the act with regular sightings of dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks and whales. Dining aboard is a treat too with lashings of local produce on the menu. Regular shore visits include trips to the likes of whisky distilleries, castles and fishing villages. There are plans for a new purpose built vessel too so watch this space.
