The vibe shifts over its several levels – and there’s a nice sun-trap terrace at the top. The cocktail list is extensive and includes some of baroosh's own delicious concoctions. The cambridge team lay claim to 'the hedgerow martini', so named for the infusion of wild-berry flavours and a touch of rhubarb.
