Pitched right in the centre of Morgan Arcade, the superb Plan cafe serves the best range of coffees in town, with lots of fresh, seasonal variations prepared by its small team of expert baristas. It also does a nice line in food; breakfast is served until 11am, after which lunch offerings include jackets, baguettes, sandwiches and salads, with plenty of veggie and gluten-free options. Spanning two levels, the buzzy ground floor has big bay windows for people-watching, while the balconied upper floor sports cute blue-and-white cloth-covered tables positioned around a fine steel chandelier. All in all, a terrific place to while away an hour or so.
