Llandudno – Wale's largest and most elite seaside resort – has its fair share of unique 'n' boutique accommodation. But sitting high on a hill hidden from the crowds, lives one of the fairest of them all.  From the outside, Escape is a massive 19th century Victorian mill owner's villa, dripping in grandeur and history, with huge high windows and period floors.  The inside, however, is a different story altogether, with eight unique rooms themed and decorated to the highest standard.  Depending on your personality and mood, you can opt for the raunchy 'boudoir' – more on the tasteful and seductive side than sleazy – 'urban cool', 'retro red' and 'retro green', or our personal favourite, 'the loft' – with it's raised king-sized bed and double staircase leading up to it, and your own mezzanine balcony.  The bathrooms are impeccable, and come with swish features like copper baths, double showers, and even a 'body dryer'.  Other mod cons include playstations, flat-screen TVs, fireplaces and a blend of stylish contemporary and retro furnishings. Definitely one of the best B&Bs in the area, if not Britain, plus you're just a short walk from the main hub or the stunning two-mile sandy beach.
