An old townhouse that once belonged to one Count Leon de Ferrari, St Mary’s Hall exudes a traditional hotel ambience despite a recent contemporary makeover. The deep maroon carpets and mahogany furnishings of the public areas may seem a bit heavy after a day on the beach, but the rooms themselves are decked out in neutral, lighter tones, with large, comfy beds and ample en suites.
