Sitting right on the water's edge, the Flying Boat cottages are luxurious 5 star hideaways for 6 - 10 people, enjoying some of the best views on the island.
From your beachfront terrace, sitting room or master bedroom, gaze out across New Grimsby Harbour to the neighbouring island of Bryher and the distant Bishop Rock lighthouse way out to the west. If you’re not content with just looking at the view, many of the cottages enjoy direct beach access to Farm Beach – perfect for a beach BBQ, paddleboarding or just a sunset stroll.
Inside, the cottages are beautifully appointed with spacious, open plan living areas, wood burning stoves, wooden flooring and artwork by some of Cornwall’s most renowned artists. If you can tear your eyes away from the views out of the window, the cottages also feature WiFi broadband and satellite television.
The best of the island facilities are right on the doorstep, with Tresco Island Spa, Tresco Stores & Deli, the Flying Boat Bar & Bistro and the bike hire shop right on your doorstep. All guests enjoy full access to the Tresco Island Spa and its indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, wet room and gym. There are also two outdoor swimming pools and two astroturf tennis courts.
