Durdle Door
Durdle Door, Lulworth, Dorset
One of England’s most famous landmarks, Durdle Door is a perfect rock arch at one end of a beautiful fine shingle crescent of beach. To get here, take the well-signed footpath from Lulworth Cove, a steep 20-minute walk that involves a precipitous final ascent down stairs cut into the cliff. Once down, you can relax on the lovely single and sand beach.
