Occupying the site of Lulworth's old watermill, and much refurbished since, this is abeay=utufl small hotel that offers the chance to stay rich in the heart fo Lulworth Cove itself. The rooms are light, bright, and have the feel of the sea, as does the whole place, which has been thoughtfully renovated in a contemporary style while still retaining the best of the original building.

The best rooms come with terraces overlooking the bay, and while they vary in size quite a lot – from snug rooms to the spacious Lodge Suite – they all have contemporary decor and stylish furnishings and all the amenities you need. There's also a decent in-house restaurant, specialising in fish and seafood, and a lovely terrace bar, perfect for soaking some rays.
