The farm shop at Drewton's looks fabulous, offering food from 250 Yorkshire farmers, growers
and producers – basically, that means anything from a handmade pork pie
to a hamper of veg plucked from the nearby fields. The butcher and deli counter in particular is a real joy, but there's also an in-house baker, a terrific selection of wines, seasonal veg stacked high at the entrance, and all manner of preserves, relishes, sauces, ready-made meals, and artisan-made crafts and gifts. It's all very tempting, and even more so given that there's a great cafe attached.
