Somehow, almost remarkably, this delightful little cafe has been shoehorned into compact premises – a dozen or so tables and chairs in a charmingly converted one-time sea container and a handful more on the outside terrace. The kitchen is tiny, but amazingly they turn out the most creative of dishes – try, for example, the locally reared, free-range, slow-cooked pulled pork sandwiches on Turkish bread. Or the homemade cannellini bean hummus, with roast root veg and harrissa. Nottingham ain't seen anything quite like it before, and there are plans afoot to open up on Friday and Saturday nights too.
