Opened by Jools Holland in the late-1990s, this cool boite is located in a beautiful Georgian building at the heart of the city's Jewellery Quarter, and is a soulful venue playing blues, jazz and some rock. Bands to have rocked the joint include The Specials, Steve Gibbons and, of course, Jools himself. It's spread over three floors, with a restaurant on the top floor, where diners can enjoy anything from buffet food to international cuisine. It also has a great view over the dance floor and stage below.
