Arguably the coolest new bar in Glasgow’s ultra-cool West End. Delve inside and sip on a Punk IPA (from the superb Fraserburgh indie brewer Brew Dog), tuck into a proper cooked breakfast or just settle in and go all beat poet. If you're feeling more active they have retro videogames upstairs and a table tennis room too. (Yes, you heard that right). It shouldn’t work, but like everything else in this relaxed, welcoming, but still super stylish retreat, it does.

Great value too – where else can you snare a strawberry mojito for £3, and we are not talking happy hour! Look out for their vintage fairs on Sundays and bingo on Wednesdays(!).
