Open Top Bus Tours
153 Queen Street Glasgow G1 3BJ
Split up by motorways and hills, Glasgow can be a tricky city to get a mental hold on, and a bus tour is a great way of getting your bearings or just seeing the city if you are short on time. City Sightseeing buses leave from central George Square, and a hop-on-hop-off ticket allows all day travel between over a dozen attractions, as far west as the Riverside Museum and as far east as Glasgow Cathedral. In perhaps a nod to the local weather the top level is only partially open so you can still enjoy the lofty views without risking hypothermia, and tickets are normally valid for two consecutive days.
