Famous Grouse Experience

The Famous Grouse Experience, with its interactive exhibits, immersive cinema and excellent restaurant, is a welcome breath of fresh air compared to some comparatively dull distillery experiences. They offer a number of different tours and cater for numerous tastes. For passing tourists who just want the basics and a wee taste there is the ‘Experience Tour'; the ‘Stillman’s Choice’ offers the chance to sample a quintet of whiskies at the end, and you get to keep the branded nosing glass too; and for whisky connoisseurs there is the chance to sneak inside a bonded warehouse and steal the angel’s share on the ‘Warehouse No. 9 Tour’. Their on-site shop is excellently stocked too, with all sorts of whisky themed souvenirs.
