The Gulls is well named, as their evocative cries may well be the main soundtrack to your holiday at this gorgeous seaside property. Inside, too, is all about the seaside, with a soothing interior made up of marine hues of blue and cream. The well-equipped lower-ground-floor kitchen includes an electric range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's also an ample-sized dining room, while multiple seating areas make the most of the views, plus a Smart TV and good Wifi for after sundown. There are four beautiful bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate eight people, one of which is more of a suite with an emperor-size bed and its own sitting area and TV, another has a super-king-size bed that can be made into twins on request, and there is also a ground-floor double and a twin, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement on various levels to suit all group needs!

Be sure to make the most of the glorious outside space, soaking in the sun from the luxurious raised terrace or outdoor pool, from where you can appreciate your extraordinary Devon coastal setting. Blackpool Sands Beach is within walking distance of the property, and wonderful walking opportunities can be found along both the South West Coastal Path and the Dart Valley Trail. There's also a shop and a decent pub – the Green Dragon – within walking distance in Stoke Fleming village.
