It’s big on boutique style – slate floors, hand-crafted oak furniture, homemade biccies by the bed, classy Aga-cooked breakfasts – and for real romantics who want to get away from it all there’s also a wonderfully cosy Shepherd’s Hut out in the meadows. Each B&B room has its own entrance and your furry companion is welcome to share the room
