Fast, friendly and as central as it gets, this is Windsor’s obvious choice for a twenty-minute sandwich, soup, coffee or cake stop. Kids love the milk-froth-and-marshmallow 'babycinos' and bagels with tubs of baked beans to dip in. Tables are scattered between the old railway booking hall and covered areas outside, where giant toy soldiers stand guard. It’s counter service, but staff will carry your tray if overburdened with shopping. Good value.
