Combine laidback beachy vibe, trippy artwork and metropolitan furnishings, add friendly staff and you get a café-restaurant with bags of character. It’s as eclectic food-wise, with Thai curries, Mexican pancakes and Japanese noodles as well as pan-fried sea bass and home-made Exmoor burgers on a menu that still finds space for great slap-up breakfasts. Its a real mixed up jumble but the result is not a mess, an atmospheric restaurant in a handy spot. Cracking stuff.
