Bolderwood
Bolderwood New Forest Hampshire SO43
The New Forest has countless wild deer but they tend to keep out of sight in the day. Visit Bolderwood, however, and there's a fair chance you can spot large groups of fallow deer, especially from April to September when rangers put out feed for the daily. There's a deer viewing deck just below the main Bolderwood car park, and you can look down across a wide expanse of open land where the deer like to feed. This is also the start of several marked walks through some of the New Forest's most heavily wooded areas.
