One of the newish casual drink-and-dine ventures looking out on revamped Cedar Square, The Lounge does a modish tapas-style mix-and-match menu, from baked chorizo to hoi sin duck, calamari to meatballs. It's only small so if you want to eat it might be best to book, but you can just drop in for drinks and snacks – there are some seats outside on the traffic-free square too, where Blackpool does its best to come over all Mediterranean.
