There are artists’ studios dotted all over Brighton, but most of them are closed to the public except during the hugely popular Artists’ Open Houses weekends in May and December. Down on the beach, however, there’s a clutch of studios which are open all year round. The resident painters, photographers and sculptors are often around and game for a chat.
