In a grand, curvy-fronted Regency mansion with stunning sea views, this is the swankiest address on the Kemptown seafront, and not at all a bad place to stay in Brighton, especially if you wnat to be right by the sea.
It has 20 guest rooms in all, and although not all of them have sea views, they are all luxuriously furnished in a crisp, contemporary style, with good wifi, flatscreen TVs, tea- and coffee-making facilities and good-sized bathrooms. Best of all is the Feature Room with three floor-to-ceiling windows – spacious and airy, it even has a telescope so you can spy on any seaside shenanigans down below.
The hotel also has a restaurant, serving sumptuous breakfasts and high-end set lunches and dinners, as well as a cocktail bar that's open all day for everything from a coffee to, well, a cocktail! You're also form some of the bets bars, restaurants and clubs that Brighton has to offer.

Mouthwatering food
I can honestly say that I had one of the best meals ever here. Everything was so tasty but the pinnacle was the souffle for dessert which was absolutely mouthwatering; words are inadequate to describe how delicious it was. We stayed in one of the attic rooms, which while a bit of a trek up all the stairs (no lift!) was worth it for the view and for the bath in the bedroom window.
