Raised on a platform above Canterbury's superb Goods Shed farmers' market, this restaurant offers a regularly changing menu using ingredients sourced from the market stalls around it. Cooking is modern English – you might find Kentish ranger chicken and black pudding, or wild bass with razor clams and seabeet – and the atmosphere informal.
