Done up to look like a Western ranch, Burley Villa Equestrian Centre offers Western-style riding as well as more traditional hacks through some of the loveliest stretches of the New Forest. You can make like a cowboy on a full-day Western Adventure, which includes a lesson on Western-style riding, a trail out into the Forest and a barbecue lunch, or chose a more tranquil ninety-minute or two-hour hack through forest glades and streams. The centre also runs lesson in its indoor arena, as well as one- or two-night riding holidays, staying in local accommodation.
