Oxfordshire Museum
Fletcher's House Park Street Woodstock Oxfordshire OX20 1SN
Dinosaurs were once the main inhabitants of Oxfordshire and the dinosaur garden at this museum includes fossilized footprints found just up the road at Ardley, as well as a life-size model of the megalosaur that made them. There are plenty of other gems here too, including a wonderful hands-on science display, a pretty garden and a pleasant café where you can enjoy a cream tea before having a wander around the little chocolate-box town of Woodstock.
