Branca is a busy and lively restaurant that’s broadly – but not too strictly – an Italian, serving good antipastis, pizzas and pasta dishes but a variety of locally sourced meat and fish alternatives too. Special offers for lunch and early supper (before 7pm), are served by cheerful staff. A good spot to stop on Walton Street, and an OUP (Oxford University Press) favourite at lunchtime.
