An amazing restaurant! They're particularly good with meat - go with a group of friends (hopefully all meat-lovers for this particular recommendation!) and order the special sharing meat dish. Once we got a leg of 7-hour lamb, cooked until incredibly tender, which fed five hungry adults. Another time we had beautiful slices of beef with bearnaise sauce which fed three of us. Really good food, and one of my favourite places to go in Oxford for a birthday or a treat. Try not to eat too much beforehand so you're good and hungry for when you get there!

There was an extremely positive review of the restaurant in the Guardian a few years ago.
