Bramble's charms are subtle and discreet. Centrally located, a small sign at street level points the way to the subterreanean warren of bare-brick snugs and dimly lit rooms. The ambience, mood, music and staff all focus on the bar's dedication to the enjoyment and appreciation of cocktails, with a number of their original recipes standing the test of time. Mellow tunes are supplemented by DJs on Friday and Saturday from 9pm to 1am.
