The Pamper Van

Fans of staying on working farms will love this well-appointed caravan, which is tucked away in a corner of the Fairboroughs family farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands, on the edge of The Peak District National Park. Fairboroughs is one of the oldest farms in Staffordshire, and is particularly lovely place to stay in spring, not only for the new-born lambs but also for the magnificent bluebell wood on your doorstep; you are free to wander around the farm and a number of public footpaths pass through the Fairboroughs' land. Accommodation is in a large static caravan which sleeps four people, sharing 2 doubles, but this is no ordinary caravan; it's called the Pamper Van for a reason: one of the former bedrooms is now a holistic treatment room, and there is a hot tub on the decking with beautiful views. It's perfect for a family holiday, a romantic escape for two or a low-cost pampering break – optional treatments include everything from nails and eyelashes to Swedish massage, reflexology and Thai hand and foot massages. The location is, however, the thing – as peaceful as you like, and perfect for cycling, walking or riding holidays to explore the gorgeous countryside that surrounds.
