Mains of Taymouth lies in an idyllic spot in Highland Perthshire just by the banks of Loch Tay and Scotland’s longest river, the Tay. Accommodation options are split between four and five star cottage, lodges and houses. The most luxurious come complete with saunas and outdoor hot tubs. Mains Park Court even has a dining table that converts into a pool table. Finishings throughout are excellent, as you would expect of a place that prides itself on quality and a high level of luxury.

 The 120-acre estate also boasts the CourtYard, with an excellent restaurant, lively bar and well-stocked deli, its own golf course and riding stables. The restaurant does a mean cooked breakfast. Horse riding lessons are available at the stables. Myriad walks and mountain bike trails break off nearby, as well as watersports on Loch Tay, which can be arranged through Mains of Taymouth. Walks along the banks of the River Tay tempt too right next to the site.
