Escaping Londoners Simon and Andrea Copper came to Mevagissey just under a decade ago, and they offer low-key holidays to small groups at Little Pebble House, which sleeps up to 4 adults in comfort and style.

First things first, Little Pebble House enjoys lovely sea views, and has been renovated with an eye for detail, with no expense spared on its decoration. It boasts a large sitting room form where you can enjoy those views, not to mention a wood-burning stove and Bluetooth sound system. There's a separate dining room with a glass Eames table, off the open-plan and superbly equipped kitchen, with double oven and hob, dishwasher and just about everything else you could possibly need to whip up a meal with fresh locally caught fish from the harbour. There are sea-facing terraces to sip a glass of wine and consider your good fortune in staying here, while the two double bedrooms complete the picture: one, the main suite, has a super-king-size bed and Smart TV, a dressing room and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower; the other has a king-size bed and Freeview TV and an adjoining bathroom with a big walk-in shower.

Your hosts – former corporate key account executive Simon and ex-ballroom and Latin American dancer, teacher and marketing guru Andrea – are friendly and welcoming and a mine of information on the area. The house is well located for the South West Coast Path as well as a number of other attractions in what is a beautiful part of Cornwall – you're not far from either the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project – 5 and 20 minutes away respectively, and just a short stroll from the beach, local shops, restaurants, pubs and even Stand-up Paddleboard hire! On the other hand, you may have made yourself so comfortable at Little Pebble House that you won't want to leave!

Facilities

Little Pebble House has two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The Principle bedroom has a super king bed which can also be made up in to twin beds, with a dressing room, ensuite shower room & large walk-in shower, plus an ensuite bathroom with double ended bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoing shower room with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms having wall mounted TV's, blackout curtains and super comfy beds

There is a large lounge that enjoys the wonderful sea views out over the bay of Mevagissey watching the fishing boats bring home their catches of the day. There is a large wall mounted TV, comfy sofa and chairs and walls of glass to enjoy views out to historic Chapel Point, Eddystone lighthouse and beyond through.

A well equipped kitchen for you to cook up your local produce in whilst again enjoying those sea views. There is a large induction hob, double oven, dishwasher and an undercounter fridge. The adjoing open plan dining room has a TV and leads out to the rear sea views terraces for some Al Fresco wining and dining or some lazing and sun bathing on the several large rear sun terraces with table, chairs and sunbeds to top up your tans in the Cornish warmer months

Leading off the Dining Room there is a large utility/boot room with American style fridge freezer where you can also store your walking boots or dry off your swimming cozzies.

At the front of the property there is a front garden planted up with local flora and fauna

Little Pebble House is so right for couples, two sets of couples, families or single people

The Lead Guest must be aged 25 years or over to Book. We do not accept all same sex groups aged 25 years and under.

Little Pebble House is located is a quiet residential street with no noise between 9pm and 8am 7 days a week

We do not accept any pets of any variety.

St Austell mainline station from Paddington is approx 15 mins by car and you can pick up a taxi from right outside the station or book one in advance

Bus stop in the village of Mevagissey, which is an approx 20 minute walk and does include a short hill
