If you're looking for some R&R and a little pampering during your stay in Stratford, look no further than Wildmoor Spa, which was recently awarded 'Day Spa of the Year'. For the active there are exercise classes running all day as well as a huge, fully equipped gym and outdoor tennis courts.
Spa treatments are extensive, from your everyday manicure to an exotic coconut rub and milk ritual wrap ....and loads more besides. There's a large indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, crystal steam room, herbal sauna and the lovely poolside loungers, plus an on-site bistro serves drinks (hot, soft and alcoholic), fresh smoothies and light meals. Adults only – there is a very small creche onsite but it's really only suitable for tiny tots.
