Beloved independent bookstore spread over three floors of heaving shelves. It keeps notching up the awards for its range of interesting stock, helpful and knowledgeable staff and variety of author events and book signings, but is above all a relaxing place to browse – you could quite easily while away an afternoon sifting through a limited edition in one of the antique chairs in the top floor Bibliotherapy Room.
