Set in an ornate building in the leafy surroundings of the Royal Pavilion Gardens, this museum is devoted to 19th and 20th century fashion, style, design and performing arts. There’s also a section exploring local history through old photos and artefacts. The airy, high-ceilinged space began the new millennium with a sparkling makeover, and is a pleasure to visit.
