The Fix, is a new cocktail bar from the team behind renowned Brighton restaurant, The Set. Housed in the Artist Residence, overlooking Regency Square to the seafront and British Airways i360, The Fix serves a pared-back menu closely connected to the food offering at the adjoining restaurant. Where possible ingredients from The Set kitchen form the basis of the list to minimise waste, meaning the menu will also naturally evolve with the seasons. Guests can expect seasonal specials, such as the Rhubarb Spritz, combining housemade rhubarb syrup with prosecco and vodka and the Carrot Iced Tea with carrot, camomile tea, citrus and rum, as well as classics and a wide selection of premium spirits.
