Caribbean spice meets Camden funk, in this intimate and hearty cocktail bar-restaurant. Aptly named the 'Rum Shack', Cotton's 250 different rums are a treat in themselves, but they’re also ingeniously blended into great cocktails by talented bartenders. It’s a simple place, but comfy, and you could easily spend all night (and all your money) here, especially if you decide to tuck into great Jamaican dishes like salt fish and pumpkin fritters, or the spicy jerked pork ribs. What you can’t do is leave without ordering a plate of fried plantain - it never disappoints.
