A lively restaurant without one main ingredient – a conventional kitchen. Instead, food is prepared by chefs at the table, on traditional hibachi grills. This makes for a theatrical dining experience, with food being tossed, sizzling, into the air everywhere you look. Kids love it, and adults get to ask the chef anything they ever wanted to know about traditional Japanese cooking. The best way to really appreciate Benihana is to come for dinner and order the traditional hibachi dinner which is entirely prepared, cooked and served right in front of you. Choose your meat (chicken, tuna steak, waygu beef etc) and it'll be served with a variety of appetisers, such as miso soup and Benihana salad with ginger dressing.
