For more than 40 years Kensington locals have flocked to this unassuming bistro tucked away down a side street to enjoy well-priced hearty dishes served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Maggie Jones's is rustic and extremely cosy – think country cottage furniture and dried flowers. Both lunch and dinner are served daily and the menu features a range of pies and roasts alongside specials such as the game of the day. Make time to stay for pudding – there's a mouth-watering selection including Maggie's apple crumble, served with cream. On Sundays a three-course set menu is served, including a full compliment of roasts, for £21.75.
