Well located just off Kensington High Street, this gem of a café is the perfect retreat at all hours of the day and night. Breakfast is served from 8am and includes everything from bacon butties to eggs benedict, while the affordably priced lunch menu focuses on high-quality modern European cuisine, with dishes such as grilled whole seabream with tomato and red onion salad and roast chicken breast with spring onion mash and aioli. The coffee is great too and there's an extensive wine list. Service is warm and attentive, even when the place is packed – which is often.
