Raouls
105-107 Talbot Road London W11 2AT
Situated on a quiet street away from the bustle of Portobello Road, this upmarket café wouldn't be out of place on the Left Bank, but in fact Raouls serves coffee to Notting Hill ladies who lunch before they move on to the Ledbury next door. They do serve full meals here too – the menu is mostly quite traditional European food, with great traditional staples like rib eye steak, salade nicoise and chicken scnitzel, all well cooked and reasonably priced – but a lot of locals simply use it as a nice place to relax in the morning with a coffee and croissant.
