Some people become vandals because they want to make the world a better looking place, and Banksy, a street artist now famous amongst British taggers and notorious with British councillors, counts himself among them. Now that his work is changing hands for hundreds of thousands of pounds, there are not many pieces of his work still in place in London, but this one remains in Notting Hill, and is easy to miss when the market is on, so look for it behind the stalls.
