Escaping Londoners Simon and Andrea Copper totally rebuilt this beautiful Mevagissey building in 2013, and it enjoys stunning 180-degree views from its clifftop perch at the top of the village. It has room for up to 12 guests, with every boutique bedroom enjoying TVs with DVD players and the luxury of an en-suite bath/shower room, a 46-foot chef's kitchen/dining room and a super comfy lounge so you can cook and relax with amazing sea views.
It is by any standards a unique location, and its four luxury bedrooms all have sea views, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and three have Juliet balconies. Bathrooms are well-equipped, uniquely decorated and stocked with Molton Brown goodies, and there's a front terrace from which to enjoy those views, as well as a washing room for muddy walking boots and a drying room for wet beach clothes – just as well as it's very handy for both the beach and the South West Coast Path, as is a second property – Little Pebble House – which is situated in a very quiet road behind Pebble House.
Both properties are close to a number of other attractions, including both the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project – 5 and 15 minutes away respectively. You can rent each property separately or they make a perfect place to rent together if you're looking for a venue for a party or large gathering, as they can between them comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.
