Prospect House is one of the longer-established places to stay in the Stein empire of restaurants, cafés, hotels and self-catering properties. Since its opening in 2007, it has established a reputation as one of the most desirable places to stay in town. It has just four rooms and is these days something of an annexe to the St Petroc's hotel and bistro, and it offers the same sort of standards, with light and spacious, relatively neutral rooms with a separate living space, well furnished in contemporary style, some with freestanding baths & french doors leading to a private patio, and all with nice bathrooms with luxury toiletries and powerful showers. There's free wifi and private parking too. Prices include an excellent breakfast at the St Petroc's bistro and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy the delights of Padstow.
