The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is the flagship restaurant of Rick and Jill Stein, and as such you would expect it to be pretty good but we recommend it for what may seem to be two rather obvious reasons. First of all they do great-value packages which include at least one meal in the downstairs restaurant; plus as a guest you get priority on booking in the restaurant. The other thing is the views from the majority of the rooms are wonderful, which makes this as stunning a place to stay in Padstow as you will find. Service is excellent too, breakfast as delicious as you would expect, whether you enjoy a hearty breakfast downstairs with fresh fish options available or the continental option in your room. The rooms are bright and cheerful with a definite seaside feel, all have lovely bathrooms with luxurious toiletries and towels, and come equipped with milk, tea and coffee and biscuits and a mini bar; and some also have their own terraces to enjoy those sea views all the more. Dogs are welcome – and they even provide a dog-sitting service if required.
